dear aunt lou and girls its your brothers girl charles i am so very sorry for your loss he was a wonderful and loving man i remember when you all came back and we were young kids we thought it was so great being kids and we always had so much fun with uncle tuffy. I will never forget his joy for life and all the memories i still have in my heart for both of you. Daddy loved it so much when you were here . But, i have to say uncle puffy was a great, kind, gentle man, and he will be missed. I have thought so many times about all of you mom always said she wanted to come out before she passed but she never got the chance.As for the girls i love you all and i am so sorry but we all have the memories and no one can take them away. our thoughts and prayers are with you and he will always be in your hearts. Aunt lou and girls I am so sorry to hear about uncle tuffy I remember the times you came to pa to visit. He is rejoined with his brother in laws charles and uncle walt hope this time of greaving comes with some peace of mine it is a difficult time my thoughts and prayers are with you all

Having grown up knowing Tuffy all my life there are just to many memories to mention. The only thing important is that he was my Dad's best friend and they loved each like brothers. I can only imagine the reunion going on in heaven now. Love you Tuffy and Rest in Peace.

As my mom and I sat with dad we got to share some tender moments with him. Mom laying on his chest crying and praying not knowing that would be the last time. She ended with I love you as she alway did. With only a whisper dad could hardly get it out but says mommy I love you. That would be his last words he would say. I will never forget that night we had. Dad was tired and ready to go be with his family in heaven. We will be together again one of thesedays. He will always be in ours hearts for now 💞 Love you dad

Dear Lou and family,
We are saddened to hear of Tuffy's passing, however, we are rejoicing to know he is healed now and is with his Lord. We have so many good memories of Tuffy: his humor, dogs, hunting, fishing -- the best is the wonderful fish fry each summer in your back yard. He really knew how to cook that fish!! Please know you all will be in our thoughts and prayers in the days to come. May God continue to bless all of you.
