i am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. When I served as funeral director many years ago, it was my honor to serve the Haight family during their time of need. I have served many families, but I will always remember this family for the kindness and love they show to other people. The photo of Jack is perfect, because that is how I always remember him. Our family and Heights were best friends growing up separated by 20 feet of cement called 11th Street. One of my memories of Jack was his fear of blood which he passed down to his son Mark. They would get shaky and even pass out. And Mark had more bloody noses than anyone I know and of course he went to Jack so Sue became the family Nurse
The last occasion I spent time with cousin Jack was at Jim Roberts Celebration of Life at Nancy’s. We decided to sneak out for a quick nine holes at the county club. When we finished Jack smiled and said let’s go another nine. Jack sure loved golf! Don Gardiner, Bloomington IN.
