Amos Pense's Obituary
Amos Pense age 89 of Fall River, KS passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at his home. Amos was born on November 27, 1929 in Winslow, Arkansas, the son of Rual and Estella (Henson) Pense.
Amos worked as a carpenter most of his life, building homes, then when he decided to go into semi-retirement he then built log homes. In his spare time, Amos loved to crappie fish and hunt.
On August 29, 1954, Amos married Shirley L. Hayes in Winslow, Arkansas, at the end of this month, Amos and Shirley would have celebrated their 65 wedding anniversary. Shirley survives at their home.

Amos was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Brenda K. Pense, brother Charles Pense and sister Ellen Seely.
Cremation has been requested and the family will be holding a memorial service at a later date in Arkansas. Memorials have been suggested to Harry Hynes Hospice and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
