Amy L Adams' Obituary
Amy L. Adams, 62, of Fredonia, passed away May 10, 2024. Amy was born on November 29, 1961, the daughter of Joseph and Barbara (Cline) Adams.
Amy was a graduate of Chase, KS High School, she found her career working security for Nuclear Power Plants she was recognized for being a top Female shooter by the NRA when they would come in yearly for inspections. and was well known for her abilities that allowed her to travel and work at several facilities throughout her life. Amy spent the last 15 years as a corporal security guard for Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant in Burlington, where she retired.
Amy enjoyed being outside, she liked growing flowers and plants of all kinds. For fun she liked to go shopping and had a large collection of costume jewelry. No matter how painful her illness made her towards the end, Amy would put a smile on her face to let her family know she was going to be alright.

Memorials in Amy’s memory have been suggested to the Fredonia Pound Pals and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
Amy and her mother Barbara Beine will be having a Celebration of Life service together on Saturday, May 3rd at 10:00 am at Countryside Funeral Home in Fredonia with inurnment at Yates Center Cemetery to follow. Services are under the direction of Countryside Funeral Home 420 S. 20th St., P.O. Box 247, Fredonia, KS 66736
