Angel M. Stephens, 21, of Waveland MS passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025
She was currently living in Altoona, Kansas.
Our artistic Angel Melinda, who was known by some as Stella, only knew that she wanted to get to the park across the railroad track. A train hit her, causing instant death.
She would have turned 22 just two days later on November 24. Angel loved to be with people, adored animals, loved to create art, coloring, viewing and making Tik-Tok, and Cosplay. She loved her Monster High dolls, and going to the park. Most of all, she loved her dog Sprinkles, which slept with her every night on his pillow.
Angel is survived by her mother Deborah Wogan
Amy Stephens, whom she was biologically born to.
