Barbara Rae Moorefield's Obituary
Barbara R. Moorefield, age 59, a resident of Fredonia, Kansas passed away Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Yates Center Health Center in Yates Center, Kansas. She was born October 27, 1950 in Olympia, Washington the daughter of Gabriel Arthur and Mary Louise (Morris) Vopat.
Barbara married Jimmy Lee Moorefield and they later divorced. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Fredonia.
She is survived by one son Peter Clemens of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, four daughters: Hope Rondeau of Austin, Texas, Summer Moorefield of Springfield, Missouri, Sarah Tabares and Heather Nave both of Fredonia, Kansas and seven grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Countryside Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.countrysidefh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Countryside Funeral Home, P.O. Box 247, 420 S. 20th St., Fredonia, Kansas.
