Blane Wesley "Blano" Audiss' Obituary
Blane Wesley “Blano” “Shorty” Audiss, age 25, of Chanute, KS, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at his home. Blane was born April 26, 1989 in Chanute, KS, the son of Wesley and Cynthia (Bergman) Audiss.
Blane graduated from Gardner Edgerton High School in 2007. He worked in construction and was employed by Russell Construction. Blane was a member of the First Christian Church in Chanute. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, sports and hanging out with his grandpa.
Blane is survived by his father and step mother; Wesley and Jean Audiss of Chanute, mother; Cynthia Audiss and significant other Scott Wiltse of Chanute, girlfriend; Erika Semey of Chanute, brother; Brent Audiss and wife Jessica of Chanute, sister; Cassidy Audiss of Chanute, brother; Nathon Audiss of Chanute, step sisters; Arika Greer, Tori Greer and Jenna Greer all of Chanute, nephew; Kasen Audiss and niece; Kilie Audiss of Chanute, grandparents; Bud and Jean Audiss of Chanute, Bev and Gerald Bollinger of Chanute, and Byron and Pat Bergman of Marshfield, MO.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation will be held Monday, September 15, 2014 from 5-7 p.m., at Countryside Funeral Home-Johnson Chapel. Memorial service will be Tuesday, September 16, 2014, 10:30 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Chanute.
