Brian H. Loether's Obituary
Brian H. Loether, 80, of Texas formerly of Fredonia, KS passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at his home. Brian was born on January 13, 1943, in Independence, KS, the son of Karl O. Loether and Marjorie Bateman. As a very young child, Brian moved in with his father and wife Lois (Hoover) Loether who became his mother and he was raised in Fredonia, KS.
Brian was a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 1961, he then attended Wichita State earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration. Brian loved taking care of his garden and had a greenhouse that he enjoyed spending time in, and spending time with his friends.
Brian worked with various companies throughout his life; Pizza Hut of Wichita, Yum Corporation in Plano, TX. before starting his own IT consulting firm, Loether Consulting.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Countryside Funeral Home in Fredonia. Memorials have been suggested to either the Fredonia Flag Fund or the Fredonia Senior Center and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
