Carl Burt Rader's Obituary
Carl Burt “Blue” Rader, certified welder by trade, passed away November 1, 2016 at age 72. He was born in San Bernadino, California, on February 15, 1944, to William Rader and Crystal (Star) Rader.
Carl was known as a remarkable, intelligent, goodhearted man and a highly skilled musician. He loved playing the guitar and piano. He was described by his family and friends as honest and blunt, but also as a man who would “persevere” in any situation.
Carl married Wanda Sue Rader and this marriage later ended in divorce. She resides at the home. His greatest love were his children and grandchildren who report that they were “truly blessed to be with him.”
Carl is survived by his children Donald Rader (Kelly), Fontana, CA; Diane Rader, CA; Robert Weaver, Longton, Kansas; Little Running “Bear” Arthur Rader, Coffeyville, KS; Steven Paul Christopher Robin Rader, Emporia, KS; April Dawn Rader (Charlie), Longton, KS; Leroy Auston Rader, Pittsburg, KS; Rominee Rader, Three Rivers, TX; Casel Meloy, Independence, KS; Floyd Watts III, Independence, KS; and Jacob Watts, Pittsburg, KS, and Charlie North who was like a brother. He is also survived by his companion and girlfriend, Wanda Sue Rader.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, William Rader and Crystal (Star) Rader and by Mr. Holbert, who made him into the person he became.
Cremation has been effected and the family will hold private services.
