Carol S. Arnold's Obituary
Carol Sue Arnold, 71, of New Albany, KS passed away on Wednesday, August 30. 2023. Carol was born on August 29, 1952, in Fredonia, KS, the daughter of Ray and Louise (Hoover) Kelsey.
Carol was a graduate of Fredonia High School, Class of 1970. On June 26, 1978, Carol married Thomas J. Arnold. Carol and Tom were married for 45 years, Tom survives at their home.
Carol worked at the Wilson County Treasurer's office for 15 years. Carol enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching them play sports. She also enjoyed going shopping with Peggy, going to casinos, and getting to go to concerts with her friends.

Five Grandchildren: Alex, Jaxson, Max, Dan and Kate.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has been requested with a graveside service to be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 10:30 AM at the Fredonia City Cemetery. Memorials have been suggested to the Fredonia Avenue of Flags, and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
