Carol will be Missed by all who knew and loved her. She was such a gentle and loving person, and the love between Carol and her mother June was so evident and beautiful.
When her twin granddaughters were born, those of us at church were blessed with visits occasionally as they were growing up. Carol would often share some of the cute things that they were doing, and we would get such a kick out of it. They were the lights of her life!
It's hard to think of Carol without remembering her beautiful voice! We at the Moline United Methodist Church had the pleasure of hearing her joyfully lift her voice to the Lord every Sunday, with occasional solos. She was a gifted singer. Carol loved the Lord with all her heart, and now she is singing in the Heavenly choir. Hallelujah!
Michael and Crystal it has been a long time but all of you have been in my thoughts some of the best memories were made in the company of the Pinckney family. Find comfort that your mom did things the way she wanted but always in the best intrest of those she loved . she was a great mom and a great friend.
