Carole Sue Littlejohn's Obituary
Carole Sue Littlejohn, 76, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, OK. Carole was born on November 28, 1938 in Hays, Kansas the daughter of Floyd Martin and Mabel Hall.
Carole loved cooking big family dinners and making sure everyone else was taken care of. She loved her animals and most importantly loved spending time with her family.
Carole was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Paul Littlejohn, her brother Jack Martin and sisters June Wade and Berneice Lunday.
She is survived by her sons John Littlejohn and Ken Littlejohn; her daughters: Diane Franklin, April Warren, and Paula Kafka; Sisters: Joyce Breiner and Shirley Hammer; 14 Grandchildren: Michelle & Chris Boucher, Ross & Christian Franklin, Shawn Franklin, Andrew Littlejohn, Sarah Littlejohn, Hannah, Littlejohn, Melinda Ward, Clorisa Paulie, Brandon Littlejohn, Logan Littlejohn, Kayla Littlejohn, Trista Littlejohn, Trey Littlejohn, Zane Kafka and 8 Great-Grandchildren: Dakota, Jesse, Emily, Gauge, Kaydence, Rayleigh, Gunner and Willow.
Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Countryside Funeral Home Johnson Chapel in Chanute, Kansas. Visitation will be held Monday, October 19, 2015 from 5-7 PM at Countryside Funeral Home Johnson Chapel in Chanute, Kansas. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Chanute.
Memorials to American Diabetes Association and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home at 101 N. Highland, Chanute, KS.
