Charles Leo Rizzuto's Obituary
Charles Leo “Charlie” Rizzuto, age 74, a resident of Howard, Kansas passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Galichia Heart Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on July 28, 1940 in Angola, New York the son of Charles and Anna (Palumbo) Rizzuto.
Charlie worked in auto body repair and was known as one of the best in the business. He also taught auto body at vocational schools. Charlie also worked as a pipe fitter while living in Louisiana. He enjoyed the outdoors especially hunting and fishing.
Charlie is survived by sons, Charles & (Sandi) Rizzuto and Joseph & (Jen) Rizzuto; daughters, Laurie & (Ralph) Lange ; Mary Robin & (Chad) Newmaster; Sandy & (Ken) Henderson; and Christina Foran; step-daughter, Cherry & (Glenn) Illg and Carla & (David) Laiche; brothers, Angelo and Michael; and sister Carmy; 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death his wife Betty, his sister Betty and one granddaughter Sandra Dupre.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date in Angola, New York. Memorials are suggested to the Lion’s Club and may be left with the funeral home.
