Cory Dayne Rinehart
October 25, 2001 – May 17, 2026
Cory Dayne Rinehart passed away on May 17, 2026, at just 25 years old. Though his time here was far too short, the impact he made on the people who loved him will last forever.
Cory was known for being funny, wild, and full of life. He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone whenever he could, even while fighting battles of his own. No matter what he was going through, the people closest to him knew him as someone who deeply cared for others and loved hard.
He was a son, a father, a brother, an uncle, and a friend to many. Above all else, Cory loved his son deeply. While his son may not get the chance to fully grow up knowing the man his father was, he will always know how much Cory loved him and how much he was loved by everyone around him.
Cory leaves behind countless memories, laughter, and love that will never be forgotten. His family and friends will carry his spirit with them always.
He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Cremation has been requested, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date by the family. Services are under the direction of Countryside Funeral Home 101 N. Highland, Chanute, KS 66720
