Curtis Di Ivey's Obituary
Curtis Di “Curt†Ivey age 71, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at Fredonia Regional Hospital. Curt was born August 22, 1937 in Pricedale, Mississippi, the son of Gordon B and Hazel I. (Alexander) Ivey.
Curt enlisted into the United States Air Force on September 1, 1952 and served as a Physicians Assistant until he retired on November 1, 1974.
Curt was a member of the Cornerstone Christian Group of Fredonia. He was a member of the Air Force Sergeants’ Association, and the American Physicians Assistants Academy.

Joe Castle and Berenda of Oschelata, Oklahoma

Carl Ivey and wife Nita of Anchorage, Alaska
Ken Ivey and wife Marsha of Neodesha, Kansas
Two Sisters:
Charleen Barr of McComb, Mississippi
Maude Hanna of Gendora, California
12 Grandchildren; Cara, Hoyt, Kristen, Gabriel, Maeve, Amanda, Andrew, Ashley, Sierra, Riley and Drew
2 Great Grandchildren; Ava and Julian
He was preceded in death by: parents, one brother and one grandson
Cremation has been requested, a memorial service will be held by the family at 2:30 pm, Monday, May 4, 2009 at the Coyville Community Center in Coyville, KS with Mike Myers officiating.
