Danny R. Gossett's Obituary
Danny Ray Gossett, 63, Chanute, Kansas, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017. Danny was born November 19, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Danny spent much of his adult life in Whitter, California and moved to Chanute with his parents in the late 1990’s. He attended church services and worked for Tri-Valley Developmental Services for a time. Danny enjoyed watching cooking shows, bowling outings, and collecting keys.
Danny is survived by his aunts Barbara Clemans of Medford, Oregon and Tressie Gossett of Chanute, Kansas, and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Doris Gossett, and several aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 30th at 10:00 a.m. at Countryside Funeral Home – Gibson Chapel at 16 N. Forest in Chanute, Kansas. Memorials have been suggested to Tri-Valley Developmental Services and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
