A very special man. Deepest condolences to all those who were blessed to know him and share a part of his earthly journey. The only person I have ever seen driving a truck with a parakeet on his shoulder. He loved those birds. Prayers and blessings 🕊️️
Prayers for comfort, strength and peace to you and our family & friends. David is no longer in pain or sorrow. His life was complicated and difficult, and he leaves behind those of us that never will completely understand his life or struggles. He was a talented auto body man and many of his cars that he repaired, rebuilt or painted are still on the streets in KS. And no doubt there are still a few airplanes flying with his paint job on their body too. Thank you for your service to our country. Rest now brother and be at peace.
We were friends in high school, in the north end, then we meet in Vietnam in May 1969. Saw him several times in the field in his Little Bears' helicopter unit. David was the best car body restoration expert ever!!!
