Delbert Wayne Bradley's Obituary
Delbert Wayne Bradley, age 77, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at Mt. Carmel Regional in Pittsburg, KS. Delbert was born January 20, 1931 in Fredonia, Kansas the son of Roy Edward and Hazel Ester (Callier) Bradley
Delbert was in the United States Navy, as a Gunners Mate 3rd Class, serving on the USS St. Paul during the Korean War, he served from July 1951 to July 1955. On July 30, 1956 he was united in marriage to Donna Crouse at the First Christian Church in Fredonia. She survives at their home.
Delbert retired from Lafarge in 1994. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 3018 in Fredonia, and a member of The American Legion Post #8 of Fredonia. Since Delbert’s retirement, he liked feeding and watching the numerous birds and squirrels in his yard. When not tinkering around in his garage, he collected and watched John Wayne movies.

Three Sisters: Winifred Morris of Fredonia, KS
Marlene Heaton of Branson, MO
Kathlene Bradley of Hardin, TX
4 Grandsons: Travis and Trevor Maiseroulle and Joshua and Samuel Kitchens
And several nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm, Friday, March 7, 2008 at the First Christian Church in Fredonia, KS with Pastor Steve Brodbeck officiating. Burial will follow at the Fredonia City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday March 6, 2008 at Countryside Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6-8 pm.
