Diana Louise Powers' Obituary
Diana Louise Powers, 80, of Neodesha, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Neodesha Care and Rehab. Diana was born on October 28, 1945, the daughter of Cecil and Edith (Diehl) Kissack.
Diana found her love in cooking and baking, she knew then she needed to share her abilities with others. She attended classes and then began her career working in the Dietary Department of hospitals and ultimately retiring after many years at Wilson County Medical Center.
Diana had a strong faith in God and enjoyed going to the Bethel Church of God in Neodesha. Diana had a gift to visit with others and liked long conversations and going on walks. Most importantly, Diana loved grandchildren deeply and will be greatly missed by those who knew her.

Steve Kissack and wife Linda of Texas
Four Grandchildren: Kelsey Stewart of Coffeyville, KS, Charie Ardrey and husband Dakota of Dearing, KS, Branden Mitchell and Lily Zelis of Coffeyville, KS and Kristen Dudley of Independence, KS and Nine Great Grandchildren.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson Stoney Blecha.
Cremation has been requested with no services planned at this time. Memorials in her memory have been suggested to the Wilson Medical Center Foundation and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
