Dolly May McCulley's Obituary
Dolly May McCulley, age 87, of Chanute, KS, passed away on April 12, 2018 at Grandwood Assisted Living in Grove, OK. She was born June 12, 1930 in Ft. Scott, KS, the daughter of Charles and Delpha (Porter) Atha.
Dolly attended Ft. Scott High School. On September 27, 1947, Dolly married Carl McCulley in Pleasanton, KS. They celebrated 60 years of marriage before Carl passed away in 2007. Dolly was a naturally, talented pianist and organist. She taught herself how to play and enjoyed playing at church. Dolly loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a member of Faith Bible Church in Chanute.

Dolly was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl; brother, Norman Atha and sister, Betty Morrow.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home – Gibson Chapel at 16 N. Forest in Chanute, KS. A graveside service will be on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Clarksburg Cemetery south of Ft. Scott, KS. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com.
