Dolores Palmer's Obituary
Dolores Palmer, age 85, of Fredonia passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Medicalodge in Dewey, OK. Dolores was born on December 6, 1926 in Benedict, KS the daughter of Robert and Madge (O’Brien) Prunty.
Dolores graduated from Benedict High School the class of 1945. Dolores was united in marriage to Charles Palmer October 19, 1945 at Wichita, Kansas Dolores and Charles were married for 66 years, Charles survives at Medicalodge in Dewey, OK.
Dolores was a member of the First Christian Church in Fredonia. She worked for A.D.M. as a Production Secretary for 33 years until her retirement in 1989. Dolores enjoyed working at her home and on the farm in her spare time, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Dolores was preceded in death by her parents and 3 sisters: Elosie Prunty
Culbertson, Sharon Prutny Sandbothe and Bobbie Prunty Reger.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Christian Church in Fredonia with Pastor Milo Steffen officiating, with burial to follow at the Weakly Cemetery near New Albany. Visitation will be held Friday, June 22, 2012 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Memorials have been suggested to the First Christian Church and may be left with the funeral home.
