I have many memories of my dad that will be with me forever here is one that will be forever remembered on a Sunday; He didn't take phone calls on Sundays during the drag races however that didn't mean he couldn't call you and tell you what channel to turn your receiver to and tell you what was going on while you reminded him we already have it on ESPN or SPEED and we don't have the same channel line up as you do. He really wanted to see 4 cars go down the track at once. As all of you that knew him knew he was a gossip. I loved to call him and vent my problems to him and after he would give me the best fatherly advice or get to ranting with me about the same issues he would make me laugh by telling me about so and so and what was going on in Severy. It was hard for us to move away and he knew that but he also understood why we did. He taught John to hunt for gold and they was planning a big expedition when he turned 18. Dad I love you and forever you will be in my heart and mind there will not be a day goes by that I won't think of you.
