Donald Stephen Kill's Obituary
Donald Stephen Kill, age 81, a resident of Wichita, Kansas passed away Monday, September 24, 2012 at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita. He was born on January 26, 1931 in Elk Falls, Kansas the son of Francis John and Gladys Lemone (Adams) Kill.
From 1951 to 1953 Donald served in the United States Army. On June 18, 1955 Donald was united in marriage to Donna Huntington in Moline, Kansas. He was a retired Boeing supervisor. Donald was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church and the American Legion.
Donald is survived by one son Steve Kill and his wife Jane of Sedgwick, Kansas, one daughter Lynn Blunt of Wichita, Kansas, one brother Robert Kill of Emporia, Kansas, his companion Donna Burnside of Wichita, Kansas, three grandchildren; Tony Blunt, Kendal Moore and Zack Wranosky and two great grandchildren; Aiden Blunt and Wyatt Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Donna, two brothers; John Kill and James Kill and one grandchild Stephen Lyle Taylor.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 28, 2012 at St. Jude Catholic Church in Wichita, Kansas. Rosary will be Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the church. Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Mt. Olivet Cemetery south of Moline, Kansas. Family suggests contributions be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and may be left with the funeral home.
