Donald W. Dalsing's Obituary
Donald W. Dalsing, 72, of Jacksonville, AR passed away February 11, 2011 in Little Rock, AR. He was born August 27, 1938 in Longton, KS to the late George Wayne and Mildred Bessie Davis Dalsing. A sister, Nina Dalsing also precedes him in death.
Don will be remembered as a Loving Husband and Father. He was of the Baptist Faith. In his youth he was a Golden Gloves Boxer and more recently he loved to tinker with classic cars and motorcycles. Don spent 30 years as a machinist for the Santa Fe Rail Road (now BNSF) in Argentine, KS and was a member of Local Union 356.
He is survived by his loving wife Marjorie and three sons; Timothy Wayne Dalsing of Tonganoxie, KS, Phillip G. Dalsing of North Little Rock and Robert Edward Dalsing and his wife Robin of Rockaway, NJ, one sister, Hazel J. Crawford and her husband Stanley of Olathe, KS as well as four grandchildren; Donald Shane Dalsing, Timmothy David Stoken, Debra Lynn Coleman and husband Todd and William Andrew Crawford and six great grandchildren; Brayden and Sydney Coleman, Danielle Lynn Dalsing, Matthew P. Dalsing, Rachelle R. Smith and husband Charles E. Smith and Robert E. Dalsing.

Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday February 15, 2011 at Longton Cemetery in Longton, KS. Viewing will begin at 10:00 A.M. with the graveside service starting at 10:30 A.M. The family suggests memorials to the Donald W. Dalsing memorial, which they plan to donate to the cancer society, memorials may be sent to the funeral home.
