DyKoda DeWayne Cook, infant son of Lisa Wilson and Matthew Cook, passed away Saturday, August 5, 2017 at his home.
He is survived by dad, Matthew Cook; mother, Lisa Wilson; grandparents, Tim and Donna Reeves; numerous other grandparents and great-grandparents; uncles, Derick Newton and Cameron Cook; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at New Life United Brethren in Christ in Chanute, KS. Interment will follow immediately at Memorial Park Cemetery in Chanute, KS.
