Edward Eugene Dunser's Obituary
Edward Eugene Dunser, age 77 of Chanute, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Neosho Regional Medical Center in Chanute, KS. Edward was born on March 10, 1937 in Elsmore, KS to Fred Dunser and Eunice (Davis) Krokstrom.
Edward graduated from Elsmore high school. On July 21, 1978 Edward married Rose Cassingham in Miami, OK. Edward owned and operated his own service station for many years. Edward enjoyed camping and fishing and spending time with his family.
Edward is survived by his wife Rose Dunser, three daughters; Penny Bearce of Overland Park, KS, Valerie McNutt and husband Scott of Laharpe, KS, and Wanda Dunser of Chanute, sister; Pat Vanderford of Chanute, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Edward was preceded in death by his father Fred Dunser, step dad; Gene Krokstrom, and son; Raymond Paul.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 10-11 a.m., at Blessed Hope Bible Baptist Church on 600 S. Ashby in Chanute. Service will follow the visitation at 11 a.m. at the church.
