Eleanor Umbarger was the matriarch of the Fairchild family. For holidays, she seemed to be the planner. Dale Fairchild, her brother, and I went on many trips together. Hawaii, Alaska and lots of other fun spots. We had so much fun and her laugh made everyone laugh. She loved to be with family, her kids, and now with her beloved husband Gerald and son Phillip. My memories are endless with a smile on my face. I loved her very much.
