Elizabeth Ann Frye's Obituary
Elizabeth Ann Frye age 55, died Thursday October 15, 2009 of natural causes, at her home in Fredonia. Elizabeth was born in Jackson, MI on January 23, 1954, the daughter of Eugene O. and Mary (Warner) Frye.
A year after Elizabeth was born, the family moved to Marion, Iowa where she was raised, graduated from Marion High School and attended Mount Mercy College.
Elizabeth married Ray G. Martinez in Austin, TX May 11, 1975. After their divorce, she moved back to Marion to resume her schooling. She married Jerald T. Hawhee in Cedar Rapids, IA November 10, 1990.
Elizabeth worked as an LPN at several care facilities until failing health forced her to retire from active employment. The Hawhee's moved to Cantril, LA in 2000. After their divorce in 2007, Elizabeth relocated to central Kansas to be near her friends.
Elizabeth is survived by her parents, both of Marion, Iowa.
Sister, Marie at Conifer, CO. a nephew and a niece.
She was preceded in death by her son, David A. Martinez.
