Elizabeth Anne "Betty" Hawkins' Obituary
Elizabeth Anne "Betty" Hawkins age 65 of Moline passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012 at her home in Moline. Betty was born on June 8, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas the daughter of Laural Andrew and Beatrice B. (Burns) Hawkins.
Betty attended the Moline Baptist Church, prior to being disabled, Betty worked as an aide doing Home Health Care. When she could, she enjoyed doing embroidery work, going fishing, and being with her family, grandchildren, and friends.
Betty is survived by:
Son: Michael Floyd of Missouri
Daughters: Justina Sumner of Moline, and Christine Floyd of Rock, KS
Brother: Robert Hawkins of Claremore, OK
3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and infant son Richard.
Direct cremation has been requested, the family will have services at a later date. Memorials have been suggested to the American Cancer Society and my be sent to the funeral home.
