Dear Family of Mrs. Parsons,
Your mother and grandmother was a very sweet woman. She began substituting for our elementary classes when I was in 3rd grade. Not long after that, I began riding with her on Wednesdays to my CCD classes. She would give myself and some of the other students from the church a ride. She was my CCD teacher for a couple of years. As I grew older, I would run into her occasionally in the community and she would always inquire how I was doing and was interested in the things I had been up to. Two years ago at Christmas our family delivered chicken & noodles to many of the elderly or singles in the community who would be alone at Christmas. As we entered her home, (which always seemed so neat & pristine), she welcomed us in to get warm and asked us to come back into the kitchen to place her food on the counter. She had the same warm smile and kind eyes that she always had had. I know that your hearts will ache without her, but heaven gained a sweet angel on May 9th. I'm sure she'll be teaching someone something up in heaven........and helping out with the Heavenly Gardens.
My deepest Sympathies.......Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life anyone who comes to the Father comes through me". John 14:10
