Ember Patience Eilerts, 3 months old, of Piedmont, Kansas passed away Saturday, May 23, 2009 at the Greenwood County Hospital in Eureka, Kansas. Ember was born to Louis B and Sarah R (Cooper) Eilerts in Wichita on February 20, 2009.
Ember is remembered by her family as having a big beautiful smile.

Heather Eilerts of Goddard, KS
Rachel and Autumn Rose Eilerts, both of the home
Two Brothers:
Louis John and Mathias Eilerts, both of the home.

Mr. & Mrs. Robert Cooper of Goddard, KS
Paternal Grandparents:
John and Dolores Eilerts of Goddard, KS.

Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Friday, May 29, 2009 at Zimmerman Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas. The family has requested a private burial. Memorial contributions can be made out to the charity of your choice in memory of Ember and may be left with the funeral home. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.countrysidefh.com.
