Eric James Rausch's Obituary
Eric James Rausch, age 37, of Chanute, passed away Friday, August 19, 2016 at his home in Chanute, KS. Eric was born on September 10, 1978 in Chanute to Steve Lynn Rausch and Sandra Marie Allison.
Eric served his country in the National Guard. He was an honor graduate in his class of 300 and received notations for marksmanship. He worked at B & W in Humboldt, KS and later as a maintenance person for Allison Rentals. During his free time, Eric enjoyed fishing, crawfishing, looking for arrowheads and spending time at the park with his two year old daughter, Allison. He also enjoyed watching motocross and wrestling on television. Eric enjoyed helping others whenever he could.

He was preceded in death by two grandmothers: Mary Allison and Joan Rausch.
Cremation has been requested. A farewell and goodbye service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 10: 00 AM at the Faith Bible Church in Chanute, KS. Online condolences may be left at www.countrysidefh.com. Memorials have been suggested to Cherry Street Youth Center or Castaways Animal Shelter and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
