I bowled with Gene and Ron for many years on Tuesday nights. I agree, Gene was one of the happiest guys you could ever hope to meet. Always had a smile and the biggest infectious laugh. I will miss him. Condolences to his wife and family.
So very sorry to hear of this. Gene was a classmate (Class of '64) and I have many pleasant memories of him. He indeed was a jokester, and had a great sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers go out to his widow and children and the rest of his family. He will be remembered by many! RIP, Gene.
