Georgia Ann Young's Obituary
Georgia Ann Young passed away in her sleep on the morning of March 17, 2019 at her home. She was born to George and Mary Colston on June 17, 1939. Georgia grew up in Yates Center, Buffalo, and Chanute. She married Jerry Young in June of 1957 and together they had five children, Leo, Jerry, Connie, Paul and Mike.

Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; and children, Connie and Jerry.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 5-6:30 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home – Gibson Chapel. A service will take place at Church of the Nazarene on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with interment following at Memorial Park Cemetery in Chanute. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com. The family suggests memorials to be made to Church of the Nazarene and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home, 101 N. Highland, Chanute, KS 66720.
