Greta Maude Ladd's Obituary
Greta M. (Cullison) Ladd, Humboldt, age 94, went to meet her Lord Jesus on September 25, 2018 in Chanute, KS. She was born to John T. and Anna (Miller) Cullison in Neosho County, KS on July 8, 1924. On April 4, 1944, she accepted Christ as her Savior and was baptized in Independence, MO. She and Carl Ladd were joined in marriage on February 28, 1948 in Independence, KS and together they farmed in the Humboldt area. As the Allen County Farm Bureau secretary, she became friends with many area residents. She also held numerous positions in the First Baptist Church of Humboldt and was a 4-H leader.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. at Humboldt First Baptist Church. Interment will take place in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Humboldt, KS. Online condolences may be left at www.countrysidefh.com. Memorials have been suggested to Humboldt Baptist Women and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home 101 N. Highland, Chanute, KS 66720.
