Harold Lee Wolf's Obituary
Harold L. Wolf, 91, of Lake Jackson, Texas, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014, peacefully at home under Hospice Care.
He is predeceased by his wife, of 59 years, Betty Seideman (2004); and dear friend, Betty Arnold (2012).
He was an area resident since 1949 and was a construction engineer. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin University in 1977 with a B.S. in Forestry.
Harold served in the Army Air Corps during WWII from 1943-1945 as a pilot on B25 Bombers with the rank of Flight Officer.
He was a lifetime member of the Brazoria County Woodcarving Club, and was an award winning Master Carver specializing in fish, birds, and animals, in addition to walking sticks and spoons.
He was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Lake Jackson.
Harold is survived by his four children, Charles Heller Wolf and wife, Laura, of Villa Rica, Georgia, Thomas Lee Wolf and wife, Ronda, of London Ontario, Canada, Beth Ann Cuellar and husband, Dolf, of Rosenberg, and Michael Anthony Wolf and wife Glenda, of Regalo Farm, North Carolina; ten grandchildren, Leslie, Kristine, Andrea, Alysa, Jason, David, Jill, Jeremy, Jessica, and Jenny; and five great-grandchildren, Mya, Mason, Autumn, Benjamin, Colton.
There will be a graveside service with interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Humboldt, Kansas on August 2, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. Msgr. Leo Wleczyk of St. Michael’s administered Last Rights.
