Bill, "Little" Steve, Sandra and the rest of the faimily. Just wanted to let you all know how sorry I am to read about your mother. I've long enjoyed imagining that she was still sitting in her little house in Humboldt. Reading about her brings back a lot of memories of life on 5th and 6th streets where the mothers all shared the responsibility of raising a bunch of good kids. You guys are a lucky bunch. You got to enjoy your mother for a lot of years.

What a great lady! Hazel was always ready with a witty comeback and a big smile. She was pleasant with everyone around her, and I could tell she was a favorite at Colonial Springs. It would have been so much fun to have known Hazel in her younger days. My sincere sympathy to the Dawson family. May Hazel rest in peace. Karla Oyler
