Henrietta Mary Flowers' Obituary
Henrietta Mary Flowers, age 98, formerly of Chanute, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2016 in Topeka, Kansas. Henrietta was born on December 20, 1917 in Nortonville, KS the daughter of Henry and Mary (Leonhard) Didde.
On May 23, 1945, Henrietta married Floyd Flowers at the St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Leavenworth, KS. Floyd preceded her in death in 1999.
Henrietta was a housewife and took great care of her family. She volunteered at the St. Patrick’s Bargain Store for 30 years and was also a member of the RSVP , St. Patrick’s Altar Society and St. Patrick Catholic Church in Chanute.

Henrietta was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd and her brothers and sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Chanute, KS on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Rosary will be recited on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 7 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Chanute. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com. Memorials have been suggested to the St. Patrick Catholic School and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home. Services have been entrusted to: Countryside Funeral Home 101 N.
