Hello my name Jerry R Linquist and happen to notice Hillis passing. My mother and father we're friends of his parents and I remember staying at there house in Chanute. Also when we would come to visit from Kansas City I would sometimes get to go to the sale barn on Saturday and help and as a kid from the city that was a big thing for me. I also remember Tom. My parents were Chester & Lois Linquist that we're for Elsmore. I sorry for your lost.

Having the benefit of growing up in Chanute, Hillie was one of very, very few of Dad's cousins that I actually knew. I was saddened to hear of his passing.

I have fond memories of you and Hilly being part of family dinners at the Lings and joining our family at a wedding or two. Just this morning I was reminiscing about how much joy you shared with Retabess and Kenneth near the ocean in Rockport, TX. So glad you both were there to keep each other company. I'm sure Hilly listened to many fish stories from Grandpa. May Hilly's soul rest in the peace of Christ's reward.
