James Stuart Cude Sr's Obituary
James Stuart “Jim†Cude’ Sr., age 67, died Saturday, March 8, 2008 at his home in Independence KS. Jim was born August 6, 1940 in Independence, Kansas. The son of James and Regina Cude’.
Jim was a Sgt. in the United States Air Force. He served from January 1960 to January 1964. In 1966 he was united in marriage to Linda Yeager, She preceded him in death in 1984. On May 15 1993, he married Ruth Eleanor Hollopeter-Woodall at the First United Methodist Church in Independence. She survives at their home.
Jim was the owner of “Jim’s Refrigeration and Electrical Services†of Independence for 30 years. He was involved in the Independence Amateur Radio-Club, he also liked to ride motorcycles. He designed and had a three wheel motorcycle built that is currently ridden in parades throughout the local area.

He was preceded in death by: His first wife Linda Yeager and One granddaughter Jessica Grandstaff.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at the First United Methodist Church in Independence, KS with Rev. Jack Gregory officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, in Sedan, KS. Visitation will be from 12:30 until service time at the church.
