Jeremiah "Turk" Jones Jacobsen's Obituary
Jeremiah J. Jacobsen, age 33 of Fredonia died Monday, July 31, 2017 at his home. Jeremy was born on September 9, 1983 in Wichita, KS, the son of James G. and the late Carol S. (Randall) Jacobsen Jr.
Jeremy was a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 2002. Jeremy was a member of the New Albany United Methodist Church, he was also a member of the Cherokee Tribe. Jeremy liked to fish, hunt, and go camping whenever he could. He loved collecting small antique car figurines, and wanted to rebuild antique Ford trucks.
On April 10, 2010 Jeremy married Kristine Renee Kemple in New Albany. Jeremy and Kristine loved taking care of their dogs and spending time with each other.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his mother Carol S. Jacobsen.
Cremation has been requested and the family will be holding a service at a later date. Memorials have been suggested to the Fredonia Pound Pals and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
