John F. Clark's Obituary
John F. Clark, age 89, of Moline, Kansas passed away Thursday, August 2, 2007 at the Sedan City Hospital in Sedan, Kansas. John was born on November 5, 1917 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to John N and Lou Frances (Lyon) Clark. John worked as a farmer and rancher all his life.
John was very active with the Moline United Methodist Church where he served as the Chairman of the Board for many years. He also was a County Committeeman for the ASC office of Elk County. In his spare time, he loved to square dance.
John was married to Loretta M. Hopper and she passed away May 2, 1972.
John is survived by:
1 Daughter: Marsha Allen Caney, KS 2 Grandchildren: Michael Allen and Sharawn Rose 1 Great Granddaughter: Kayla Rose
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 7, 2007 with visitation 1 hour prior to the service, at the Moline United Methodist Church with Pastor Robin Haines officiating. Contributions are suggested to the Moline United Methodist Church or American Cancer Society and may be left in care of Countryside Funeral Home, P.O. Box 247, Fredonia, KS 67349. Arrangements are under the direction of Zimmerman Funeral Home, Howard, Kansas.
