Dear Cousins, I’m so very sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. Uncle Joe was my favorite, or one of my favorite uncles. I say “one of my” because all the brothers were a cut above everyone else. Grammie and Grandad raised exceptional boys into men; all were stand-up guys, loyal and honest and looked after each other’s backs. I can’t think of an instance where the brothers fought with or cheated each other. This is how I remember my childhood in Fredonia. It seemed like we traveled every weekend to see my Fredonia Family and I loved those visits. Uncle Joe was always happy and smiling and teasing me about something and making me laugh. Thanks, Uncle, for contributing to my very happy childhood. I will miss you. Rest now.
