Karen R. Miller's Obituary
Karen R. Miller, age 81 of Wichita, KS passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Life Care Center in Wichita.
Karen was born June 2, 1938 in Girard, KS to Raymond and Maxine (Thompson) Karns. She grew up in Girard alongside one sister, graduating from Girard High School.
On February 19, 1977 Karen was united in marriage to Thomas Miller. They were married for 34 years until his passing in 2011. Karen worked most of her life in the restaurant industry as a waitress.
Karen is survived by her sister Connie Humble.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Thomas.
Cremation has been requested, with no services planned at this time.
Memorial contributions can be made in Karen’s name to the American Diabetes Association, and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
