Kathryn (Kate) L. McGregor's Obituary
Kathryn (Kate) L. McGregor, 78, of Fall River, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at KU Medical Center in Kansas City. Kathryn was born on December 24, 1944 in Beloit, KS the daughter of Theodore E. and Dorothy M. (Logan) Wrench.
Kathryn work as a cosmetologist, and along side her husband in the trucking business, but her dedicated job throughout her life was taking care of her family. Kathryn enjoyed knitting and drawing, she was very artistic, she also made sure that within her large family to always send birthday cards, keep the grandchildren as much as she could, and sneak in time to watch her Korean drama shows. Kathryn always had a strong faith, and was known as the family prayer warrior.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald, daughter Lori Bingham, sisters Debra Kirk, Helen L. Wrench and Margie Rider. Grandson Bryan Roybal and two great granddaughters Hattie Jo Gilliland and Trinity Bouche. Daughter in law Sharlene McGregor and two sons in laws Darrell Comstock and Tom Sims.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 11:00 am at Countryside Funeral Home in Fredonia, visitation will be 1 hour prior to service time with burial to follow at the Charleston Cemetery north of Fall River. Memorials have been suggested to either St. Jude’s Children's Hospital or the 700 Club and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at www.countrysidefh.com.
