So sorry to hear of Kendall's passing. I know big sister, Kim, Mom, Lila Mae, and Grandma, Bessie and so many more that have gone on before were so glad to welcome him to the heavenly realm of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

I didn't remember that Kendall was born the same year my daughter, Luan was born.

Kendall never knew a stranger because It was his style, Hello, I'm Kendall, I don't think I know your name. Of course, a new friend for Kendall!

Yes a big loss for Chanute, but a great gain for Heaven!

Kendall was a light in this world...still is. We are all better for having known Kendall Follmer. His eye for color and fabric and his talent in using them was beyond measure.
One of the best things about Chanute Community Theatre (and there are many) was Kendall! Not only gifted in set-design and (seemingly effortless) management of props - he carried with him a Grace that touched what he did. Blessings and peace to Kendall's family and friends that are grieving.

I will never forget the summers I spent in college in the late 70’s and early 80’s, traveling from Atlanta to work in Chanute between semesters, Kendall always had a room for me, and made me feel like Chanute was my second home. I always intended to come back to visit, and I am sorry I waited too long to make good on that promise. Kendall's smile and laugh and witty jokes will be sorely missed. I love you cousin, and will keep your memory close to my heart. Rest in peace.

From a teen spending time at Koch’s to treasures he restored for us... time spent with Kendall was never wasted time. Truly a gem on earth. A genuine soul with raw truth and such creative humor. Talent with people and his craft. We were blessed individually and as a community to have him with us... all good memories stay with us. Ever Grateful for you Kendall... one of a kind good!
