Kenny was a great friend during our HS days in the early 70's, and remember his yellow VW. Very sad to know of his passing, too young.

The Lassman family has always been a part of my life. Our parents were good friends in Chanute, Diane was in my sister’s wedding and Ken was a fellow 4H member. But I will always remember Ken’s kindness when I arrived at KSU in 1978 and seeing Ken on my first night in the dorm. He took me out to dinner, gave me a tour of all the places I would need to know on campus and in Manhattan. He was a godsend as a fellow engineering student guiding me thru some of the toughest courses. His kindness, patience and good cheer were lifesavers. I share the sadness at his passing and pray for peace for all his loved ones.
