Kim lit a candle in memory of Kevan Hodges

Dearest Kevan...I want to say thank you for an amazing 43 year adventure. I only wish we were able to experience these golden years a little bit longer together. I know you are free of the constraints of this world, and enjoying the true beauty of paradise. I suspect you know the name of every flower blooming, every bird singing, and every tree giving shade in Heaven. I am so happy for you. Remember at our wedding, we both said, "till death we will never part". So this separation is only temporary. It is not goodbye, it is "see ya later". Love you forever!
Kevan was truly one of a kind and there will never be another like him!! Kim, our hearts are with you every moment. I know nothing can ease this pain, but please know you are not alone. We will be here, always, in whatever way you need. We love you very much.
We met in the 8th grade and had many adventures (legal and otherwise) together along with his band of brothers. A crack shot and full of humor. Rest in peace my friend.
Thanks for the adventures and the friendship Happy trails my friend ✌️
R.I.P Brother friends for 58 years u will be missed
Kevan is my brother- in-law and a man I will always remember as a consistent, reliable friend. Perhaps that is what I most admired about him - his consistency. In the midst of any sort of confusion or disruption be it world wide or local in nature you knew where you could find him and knew he would stay the course. It’s hard to find friends like that today. I will miss him.
