Kevin Scott Connelly's Obituary
Kevin Scott Connelly, 66, of Independence, KS., passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. Kevin was born on May 22, 1959, in Lockport, NY, the son of Raymond and Rachel (Bancroft) Connelly.
At a young age, Kevin joined the U.S. Marines and served his country receiving his honorable discharge. Kevin enjoyed living life and was always on the go. He enjoyed working out, riding his bike, and being active. Kevin was very proud of who he was and his accomplishments, intellectual, and a friend to all.
Kevin enjoyed doing different jobs and was a good handyman and mechanic. He was seen as a leader, teacher, fair, and honest man, true to his word. Most importantly, he was an amazing grandfather.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents
Cremation has been requested, the family will be holding a Celebration of Life on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 3:00 pm at the Bethel Church of God, Neodesha. Memorials have been suggested to A.W.O.L. and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Countryside Funeral Home 420 S. 20th St., P.O.
