Dear Donna, Rick, and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Larry was a dandy! I enjoyed working with him when he was a deputy sheriff for Woodson County. Larry was a man you could always count on. He will be missed.
Thoughts & Prayers,
Lyle Kee
He dug the little pond by the house. Good memories of him. I am sorry for your loss.
I am so sorry Rick, I did not know your dad very well but the few times I was around him he was always very nice to me. I could tell that he had been a good father and good husband. I know that the world was a better place because of him. If there is anything I can do for you or your family please let me know. Bill Jones
An all time favorite memory of mine is this: one winter, when I was in about 2nd or 3rd grade, it snowed a lot overnight. We woke up the next morning excited because there would be No school.
While we were excitedly dancing around, Larry or Donna called the house to let us know that Larry would be by shortly to pick us up and take us to school. In my memory, he had already taken the teachers to school and was going around town picking up kids and taking us to school.
Larry wasn't going to let two feet of snow prevent us kids from getting to school. His old 4WD pickup sat way up in the air and he had to help us little kids up into the truck. As he was dropping us off at school, he let us know that he would be back in the afternoon to give us a ride home.
There went our snow day!

Donna and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I will be thinking of you and wishing you peace. Janice Rake
